One day I was wasting time in the Windows 8 Store and stumbled across a Pokemon App. It had an average of 4 stars, so I thought I’d take a look. For a big fan of Pokemon, it would be convenient. 
The app pulls in the latest news, pokemon related tweets, videos, and Flickr fan art into one place. The app acts as a portal; it takes you directly to the website or
Flickr photo when you touch for more details.
It does have a nifty slideshow view for the news websites and Flickr artwork.
The app is responsive and loads quickly. The background graphic makes the information hard to read, however. A flat color or less busy image would work better.
On the Start Panel, the tile provides a snapshot of the latest news. News covers everything from new movie and game releases to interviews with Pokemon fans and developers.
If you are a fan of Pokemon and have Windows 8, it might be worth a look.
